With the widespread use of lifting platforms, mobile scissor lifts have become a common tool for high-altitude operations such as outdoor decoration, construction sites, and plant maintenance. But there are also skills in the operation of mobile scissor lifts. Do you know? Rongli Group shares with you as follows:

1. Prepare well

Before using the lift, you must prepare well. Before operating the mobile scissor lift, you must open the legs and level it, and test the machine. The test machine is not only to check the safety performance of the lift, but also has the function of pre-heating the machine, so that the fluidity of the cylinder, motor, and especially the hydraulic oil (the effect is more obvious in winter) can enter the working state in advance, reducing the resistance in the work and saving electricity.

2. Do a good job of maintenance

The equipment should be well maintained and buttered frequently. This is a detail issue. Many customers will find that the friction between the axle pins will increase with the increase of use time during the daily use of the equipment, and it will often be accompanied by noisy noise. Frequent buttering will reduce the friction between the axle pins, reduce the generation of useless work, and extend the service life of the equipment.

3. Do not overload

The operation of the lift within the rated load can ensure the normal operation of the equipment, but many customers blindly pursue efficiency and overload operation when using it, which will only achieve half the result with twice the effort, counterproductive, and even cause loss of life and property.

4. Avoid long standby time

After using the mobile scissor lift, the power supply should be cut off. In order to save time, many customers usually press the standby button like watching TV and leave. This will waste electricity, secondly, there will be unsafe factors, and thirdly, the electrical system is still running in the standby state, which is prone to circuit failure and lightning strikes in thunderstorms.
