Multi-section boom design: The articulated boom lift platform consists of multiple articulated boom sections that can be extended and rotated independently. Each boom section is connected by a hinge and equipped with a hydraulic cylinder or electric motor to enable it to move freely in the vertical and horizontal directions. The multi-section boom design allows the platform to bypass obstacles and reach high altitude and hard-to-reach work areas, achieving flexible high-altitude operations.

Hydraulic system drive: The core drive system of the articulated boom lift platform is the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder by providing the pressure of the hydraulic oil to make the boom extend and rotate. The advantage of the hydraulic system is that it can provide strong power and precise control, so that the platform remains stable during lifting and moving. The hydraulic oil transmits pressure through the pipeline to push the hydraulic cylinder piston to move, thereby controlling the position and angle of the boom.

Electrical control system: The articulated boom lift platform is equipped with an advanced electrical control system, including a control panel, sensors and an electronic control unit. The operator can accurately control the movement of the boom through the control panel or remote control. The sensor monitors the height, angle and load of the platform in real time and transmits the data to the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit adjusts the output of the hydraulic system according to the sensor data to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the platform.

Safety devices: To ensure the safety of operators and equipment, the articulated boom lift is equipped with a variety of safety devices. The overload protection device can automatically stop the operation when the load exceeds the rated value to prevent equipment damage and accidents. The tilt alarm system monitors the tilt angle of the platform and issues an alarm when the tilt exceeds the safe range to remind the operator to adjust the posture. The automatic stabilization system adjusts the legs when the ground is uneven to ensure the stability of the equipment.

Power source: The articulated boom lift can use a variety of power sources, including diesel engines, electric motors and hybrid systems. Diesel engines provide powerful power and are suitable for outdoor and heavy-load operations; electric motors are environmentally friendly and quiet, suitable for indoor and environments with strict requirements on noise emissions. The hybrid system combines the advantages of both, switching power sources under different working conditions to provide optimal energy efficiency and performance.

Through multi-section boom design, hydraulic system drive, electrical control system, safety devices and diversified power sources, the articulated boom lift achieves efficient, flexible and safe aerial operations. Its working principle enables it to function in various complex environments and provide reliable solutions for aerial operations in various industries.
