2.5 ton rough terrain forklift adopts four-wheel drive, the engine is transferred to the transmission through the torque converter, and then sent to the front and rear axles through the transmission to realize the four-wheel drive, and the front and rear wheel drive can be changed through the switch to realize the good passability. The front axle can be equipped with optional differential lock, which realizes the differential locking function of the front axle through a differential lock control valve and a three-way check valve. This can further improve the passability of the forklift in poor road conditions. The rear axle not only has the driving function, but also has the steering function, which can realize the steering of the forklift. Wide base off-road tread tires are adopted to further improve the passability of the forklift.

3. The gearbox is electromagnetic-hydraulic reversing, mechanical gear shifting, front and rear four gears change, through the control of the reversing handle on the solenoid valve, to realize the forklift's forward and reverse and neutral manipulation, and through the switch attached to the shift lever to cut off the reversing solenoid valve and at the same time manipulate the shift lever to realize the forward four gears, reverse four gears change speeds.

4. The brake is front wheel wet brake, the foot pedal pushes the brake master cylinder to realize the traveling brake, and the hand brake cable drives the two handles to realize the parking brake. There is no micro pedal, the brake pedal is pressed down to drive the switch to cut off the gearbox reversing clutch oil pressure.

6.The handbrake and seat switches transmit information together, if one of them does not work, the relay cuts the power and the transmission stops. Both the handbrake and seat switches have memory and the lever must be put back to the center position to restart the transmission.

7. In order to adapt to the field use environment, the swllift rough terrain forklift adopts a fully enclosed monolithic cab, which is connected with the frame through rubber mats. The whole vehicle is well soundproofed, cab, hood, transmission, engine by soundproof measures.
